Are you an expat or an immigrant? What does belonging mean in a country where almost everyone comes from elsewhere? At an iPPL community evening in Luxembourg, participants explored identity, integration, and the hidden psychological costs of relocation. Through honest dialogue and shared reflection, the gathering showed that belonging is not given by status, but built—relationally, quietly, and over time.
