The Happiness Habits course will run for six weeks, starting on Monday 9th February 2026, and will be held at the Oekozenter in Pafendall, which offers a calm and inspiring environment, perfect for learning and practicing new habits that promote well-being.

Who Runs the Course?


This course is led by Maria, a member of iPPL and a dedicated Action for Happiness Volunteer, and Mary, also a volunteer with Action for Happiness. Both bring passion and experience to the sessions, guiding participants through exercises and discussions that foster positive change. Please note that iPPL is not involved in organising or running this event.
