How did you use your people management skills during Covid19 crisis?

Updated: May 28, 2020

PPL asbl is launching a short on line survey to find out what people management measures have been implemented during the Covid19 lockdown, what were the most successful and how generally managers and leaders felt and acted during this period.

We are inviting every manager at any level in companies/organisations (managing a team or not), as well as entrepreneurs (owners of businesses) to be part of our survey and share their experiences with us.

It takes only 15 minutes of your time to fill in the 15 questions (5 multiple choice questions about your company/team but nothing specific like your name or identifiable data, and 10 questions for the actual survey from which 5 are multiple choice and 5 are open questions).

This survey has a has a two-fold objective:

-       To give a clearer and deeper understanding to coaches and trainers about the way managers and leaders dealt with people management during this crisis as well as understanding and meeting their potential needs.

-      To give a space for reflection and learning for managers and leaders regarding their practices and implemented measures for supporting their employees during the crisis and after (while re-starting/continuing their activities).

We are interested in your own view & experience and not that of the company/organization in general.

The results of this survey will be put in context with other studies done by other organizations during this period dealing with support for leadership, wellbeing and change management and it will result in a public report that will inform both managers and coaches/trainers alike.

Please start filling your answers HERE.
